How do I place an Order?
You can place your orders either via our application or website. To order, visit the website/app - select the product you want to order and make your order from there

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We have both online and offline payment methods available. For online payment we use razorpay payment gateway where debit cards, credit cards, upi and wallet payments are available. We also provide cash on delivery.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do. For international order please mail us or reach out to us via social media handles.

Returns & Refunds

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Not at all. We don't charge anything to return order.
How do I return an item?
We have 7 days return policy. If you receive wrong product or damaged product you can make a return request . After we approve it we'll initiate return process and refund your amount.
How much time does it take to get my refund?
Once the returned product is received by us, our team will perform a quality check of the product. The refund is initiated in 48 hours after the approval of the return. The refund takes between 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.

Shipping

How many day take for shipping?
Shipping depends on your location. Our handling time is 1/2 days. You'll get mail and sms via shiprocket when your order is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched you shall receive your order within 4-7 working days.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
As of now, We use shiprocket as our delivery partner which uses delhivery, xpressbees like companies internally to ship orders.
