Returns and replacement

We offer replacement — not refund. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we send a replacement immediately. This is our commitment to you.

When replacement applies

  • Damaged product — product arrived broken, cracked, or unusable.
  • Wrong product — you received something different from what you ordered.

How to claim

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send an unboxing video or clear photos on WhatsApp — +91 85112 28805.
  • We process replacement within 2 working days.

What is not covered

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products that have been used or modified.
  • COD partial payment orders — no returns accepted.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
