Can I return or exchange if I didn’t like the product?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences.
Returns are accepted only for damaged products — and only with proper
unboxing proof.
What proof is required for a refund or replacement?
- A full unboxing video is mandatory — starting from opening the parcel with our
seal sticker visible till the product is fully shown. - Without this, no claims will be accepted, even if photos are provided.
What if I forgot to take the unboxing video?
We’re sorry — we cannot accept any claims without the proper unboxing video.
This is non-negotiable and clearly mentioned in our return policy.
How long do I have to raise an issue?
You must raise any damage claim within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Anything beyond that timeframe will not be accepted.
How long does delivery take?
