Who Pays the Shipping charges for returned products?

We offer a pick-up facility for locations which are serviceable by our logistics partners. Our logistics partner will pick up the return package in 2 - 5 business days from the date the request was placed. If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the products to us by any reliable courier service after raising a return request. Please pack the products and ensure that it is unused, and all the tags are intact. The return courier charges will be reimbursed by us. The package should be addressed to our warehouse location:

How much time does it take to get my refund?

The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of approval from the returns team. The refund takes between 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.

Return Window:

Returns are only accepted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to accept any returns. 

Eligible Reasons for Return:

Size Issues: If the rainwear does not fit you as expected, you may return it within the 48-hour window. 

Quality Issues:

If there are any defects or quality issues with the rainwear, you may return it within the 48-hour window. 

Non-Eligible Reasons for Return:

Returns will not be accepted for any reasons other than size and quality issues. 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the issue. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation. 

Condition of Returned Items:

The rainwear must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return. 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
